- An introduction to preparatory combatives
At the end of the course students schould be able to:
1. Understand and explain the combatives taxonomy
2. Define biomechanical structure of preparatory combatives
3. Explain the influence of basic combatives on development of motor abilities
4. Understand and explain principles of creating exercises
5. Understand and explain principles of falling techniques
6. Demonstrate at minimum 8 basic combative exercises for development selected motor ability
7. Demonstrate at minimum 6 basic falling techniques in all directions - Syllabus
