Basic introduction to combative sport of karate. Main objectives can be summarized as follows: - to show practical application of karate techniques

  • Theory: - Background and aim of karate - History of karate - Boxing rules - Terminology - Ethics and rules Practice: - stances and guarding in karate - hands attacks - tsuki waza - feet attacks - keri waza - combination of attacking and defending
