Course objectives
There are specific groups of people (e.g. women, children or seniors)who have to face specific attacs. It happens because of their somatic or psychologic differences. At the end of the course students are able to choose appropriate techniques of selfedence for different specific groups.
Syllabus
  • Theory: selfdefence of woman, its purpose, characteristic, conditions (rational motives of attacks, places of attacks, psychics, motor skills etc.) Pracise: selfdefence techniques for women against botheration and harrassment, in disadvantaged position on the ground. children´s selfdefence against children, adults selfdefence of seniors
