- Course objectives
- Fundamental schedule of this subject is to give to students relevat information relating to mutual relations of functioning contemporary sedentary informative and post industrial society and active way of life. Students are guided to accentation of active way of life not only on the level of professional and civic responsibility, but also on the level of whole life regular physical/sportive activity and healthy eating habits. Students are supposed to understand properly diametrical differences betwen sedentary way of life and active healthy way of life wooted in individual responsibuility for his/her health and life story.

Sportive/physical aktivity as spefic reflection of life style and personal image 8. Ecological and economical aspects of sport 9. Physical aktivity in the perspective of empirical dates. 10. Physical activities in perspective of sociology.
