- Course objectives
- The aim of subject is to interprete through theory-practical course basic of conditional training and to educate students about practical application strength excersises with resistance and balance sports aids.
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of the subject student will be able to:
to interprete knowledge of selected sections of theory
to interprete metabolic, physiological and anatomical basics of conditional training
to realize correctly strength excersises with your own body, proprioreception excersises and stabilization excersises. - Syllabus

- Neuromuscular system,
- Excersises and muscle activity,
- Activity of muscles in different physical activities,
- Poise of body
- Excersise with resistance
- Proprioreception training,
- Excersise with your own body,
- technique of basic strength excersise
- Technique of excersises on balance aids,
- Stack of excersises for different muscle groups.
