Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with sports preparation in basketball, volleyball, annual training plan and training process in these games. Practically acquire the basic game activities of individuals and game rules in these sports.
Learning outcomes
Students will complete the course:
- the sport advance preparation in basketball, volleyball;
- oriented in the annual training plan and training teams;
- analyzed the training process in those games;
- control methods to evaluated the load of players;
- focusing on rules of the game.

  • Practical Exercise basketball Ballhandling - 1 and 2 balls, physical activities with basketball dribling basics and passing, fundamentals of shooting in basketball,fundamentals deffense Practical training volleyball Basics chime balls - recording, passBasics attack hit, collecting, and fulfillment and basics blocking, volleyball games Tasks for self- sports training in basketball and volleyball, the annual training plan in basketball and volleyball teams prepare for a game basketball rules volleyball rules

Assessment methods
E-learning test on the rules of basketball, volleyball. Students receiving credit for the 50 questions must have 70% success rate test.
