Course objectives
The course provides students with practice in the field of Arbitration of Collective Sports. Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to introduce the student to the issue of refereeing in the role of the referee according to the requirements of the completion of the subject (evaluation methods) and the related administration.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- Apply rules and other knowledge gained in practice in managing a match.
Syllabus
  • Managing championship matches in a selected collective game.
  • Football:
  • Practice is divided according to which competition the referees conduct.
  • Group 1 are referees who run district or regional football competitions
  • 2nd group judges who manage the division, the CFL or the MSFL
  • 3rd group are the judges who manage competitions falling under the FAFA Refereeing Commission (1st league, 2nd league, etc.)
  • Hockey, floorball: no division
  • Basketball:
  • Practice is divided according to which competition the referees conduct.
  • Group 1 is the judges who run the KNBL
  • 2nd group of judges, who manage the ŽBL, I.LM and I.LŽ
  • 3rd group are the judges who manage the other competitions of ČBF
  • If the Referee is unable to meet the requirements in the competitions in which he is registered, 30% of requirements can be met in lower competitions. (justification must be substantiated)

Teaching methods
The student attends the match of the selected sport (F, LH, FL, B) in the position of the referee.
Assessment methods
Football:
OFS or KFS Judges: The Referee shall provide evidence of the 15 matches held in OFS and KFS competitions (5 matches in the category of men in the HR or AR position)
Referee Bohemia, Referee ŘK Morava: The Referee shall provide evidence of the 10 matches in competitions run by the Czech Republic or Bohemia (4 matches in the category of men in the position of HR or AR)
KR FAČR: The Arbitrator will provide evidence of the 5 matches in the competitions run by the FACR Judges Commission

Ice Hockey:
at least 10 matches in different judges, of which:
- at least 2 matches as judges in the system of two judges
- at least 2 matches as a line judge in a three-judge system - at least 2 mini-games
- at least 2 matches as assistant referee on various functions (eg goal judge and scorer)
- the remaining minimum of 2 games in any of the above functions

Floorball:
at least 30 matches in different judges' positions
of which: - at least 15 matches as judges in a system of two judges
at least 15 matches in one referee's system

Basketball:
KNBL Referee: The Referee shall provide evidence of 8 matches in competitions run by the ČBF (4 matches in the KNBL Competition)
Referees of ŽBL, I.LM and I.LŽ: The Arbitrator shall provide proof of settlement 10 matches in competitions run by ČBF (6 matches in category ŽBL, I.LM and I.LŽ)
other ČBF competitions: The Referee will provide evidence of the 12 matches in competitions run by ČBF
