Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce to the study of combatives and falling technques.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course student should:
- show 9 basic falling techniques to all directions,
- show 3 advanced falling techniques,
- execute all falling techniques with flight phase,
- execute falling techniques across adequately high barrier,
- is physically prepared to apply falling techniques.
