- The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the effects of cold therapy on the human body, to teach them the basic principles and techniques of cold therapy, to build physical and mental fitness, and to strengthen the immune system.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will have mastered various cold therapy techniques and will be able to independently and safely practice cold therapy and breathing techniques according to their individual needs.
