b5219 Kineziologie 1 - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is only offered to the students of the study fields the course is directly associated with.
- fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
- Movement and Nutrition in Prevention (programme FSpS, B-PZ)
- Movement and Nutrition in Prevention (programme FSpS, C-PZ)
- Regeneration and Nutrition in Sport (programme FSpS, B-PZ)
- Regeneration and Nutrition in Sport (programme FSpS, C-PZ)
- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is the practical application of theoretical knowledge and principles of kinesiology, i.e. the mastery and interpretation of kinesiology analysis. Theoretically and practically, students will be introduced to individual parts of kinesiology analysis. The aim of the course is to teach students to perform diagnostics, correctly interpret the results of the analysis and apply them to further interventions (compensatory exercises, regeneration and rehabilitation).
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be able to describe the basic parts and principles of kinesiology analysis.
Students will be able to take and interpret anamnesis, possibly history questionnaire.
Students will be able to perform an orientation examination by looking in statics and dynamics, including the evaluation of movement stereotypes.
Students will be able to examine ranges of motion including differential diagnosis of pathological ranges.
Students will be able to interpret the results of a kinesiological analysis and design an individual plan based on these results.
Students will be able to identify deficiencies and dysfunctions of the movement system based on kinesiological analysis and use the information obtained for the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries or tissue overload. - Syllabus
- 1. Presentation of individual parts and principles of kinesiology analysis.
- 2. Anamnesis, anamnestic questionnaire - parts, content, interpretation of obtained data.
- 3. Examination of aspects - orientation examination of standing and walking.
- 4. Investigation of movement stereotypes and postural stabilization.
- 5. Examination of the range of active and passive movement, examination of shortened muscles.
- 6. Investigation of hypermobility and its basic division.
- 7. Investigation of balance and stability in statics and dynamics, basic differential diagnostics of faults.
- 8. Examination of scoliosis - description, division, risk factors and diagnosis.
- 9. Specific tests for selected segments (knee joint, hip joint, shoulder joint, ankle joint) and their interpretation.
