Course objectives
Po úspěšném absolvování předmětu "Management" bude student schopen: - interpretovat základní teoretické znalosti týkající managementu, - uplatnit základní manažerské metody a techniky rozhodování v řízení a v organizačním rozvoji,v organizaci a vedení lidí a při výkonu manažerských funkcí, - analyzovat prostředí ziskové či neziskové organizace.
