Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to work with information from the organization and management of swimming sports will be able to use the theoretical and practical knowledge of basic and improve swimming. Students will be able to demonstrate the technique of swimming styles, many methodological practicing swimming techniques, based on past experience, will suggest ways to correct the errors in the technique of swimming styles. Can select and properly classify individual technical exercises for improving the work arm and legs.
Syllabus
  • THEORY 1 - 2 h. The history and development of sports, swimming 3 - 4 h. Swimming and OH 5 - 6 h. swimming sports management system 7 - 8 h. The basic and advanced swimming - a system, legislation, swimming school 9-10. h. Training on drought and water, play in water supplies and their use 11.-12.h. Choosing the first way of swimming, age specific fear (phobia), collective management approach, use of space, organization of teaching 13. h. written test, evaluation PRACTICE 1 - 2 h. Games   familiar with the water, breathing, splývání, orientation under water, personal improvement 3 - 4 h Create physical habits, skills 5 - 6 h. Tray exercises to improve footwork and arm 7 - 8 h. Utilities and their use in basic swimming and removing the fear of water   9-10. h. personal improvement, basic jumps from the edge of the pool   11.-13.h Tests swimming level tasks
