Course objectives
Course is sight on no-conventional access in swimming, start from nature and from enjoyment at movement activities in water. Method is sight on independent movement in water, assist in teaching of swimming and at remove anxious sensation from aqueous environment. Her substance is joy from swimming and from stay in water.
Syllabus
  • Biomechanical principle of movement in water and swimming. Biomedical characteristic of swimming, effects of swimming Psychological method and its characteristic – method „face to face" (work with assistant) Removing of anxiozity and stress from water environment, training coping method, cooping strategy Training of single phase of movement in water – practical part: - go into water - fundamental position in water (arm-chair) - movement in water (bike) - rotation in water (vertical, lateral) - relaxation - turbulence - swimming style - associated work
