Abstract
Kinesiology aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the properties of individual tissues of the musculoskeletal system - soft tissue (contractile and nekontraktilních) and hard tissues (bones, joints). The basis is the understanding of movement and motion system works in a physiological context. Reflected is exploitation of the knowledge and ability of their application in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in both functional and structural. Course aims to provide students with a comprehensive set of necessary information needed for understanding the subsequent issue, which is included in the subject Clinical Kinesiology I. - III. It is an essential subject for future completion diagnostics and therapy of musculoskeletal disorders I. - IV.
Key topics
Kinesiological propedeutika - Introduction to kinesiology musculoskeletal system. Osteokinematika - Kost as motion element, function, functional anatomy, bone joints, skeleton kinesiology as a whole. Artrokinematika - a joint motion element, functional anatomy, articular joints, general kinesiology building features and functions. Cartilage and articular cartilage - cartilage as a motion element, functional anatomy, kinesiology general characteristics of structure and function. Connective tissue - the joint capsule, tendons, fascia, ligaments as motion element, functional anatomy, kinesiology general characteristics of structure and function.
