- Course objectives
- The goal is to develop good exercise habits to teach squash, badminton and tennis, a stroke and improve the basic concept for a game. The course focuses on training individuals in the gaming activities of a number of methodological sequence. Student after completion of the course is able to navigate in these physical activities. Familiar with other forms of sports games, an understanding of the training activities of an individual game, understands the nature of learning proper movement habits in the classroom, can recognize a stroke and a basic concept for the game.
- Syllabus
- Blocks curriculum squash warm-up, methods development game for beginners - the ball on a racket, wall avoidance, types of strokes - longline, kros, defensive boast, boast on the back wall, trickleboast, dropshot, lob. Submission - lobbying, direct hard corkscrew. Preparatory exercises - longline training, movement around the court, discharging the front corners. Individual training. Game exercise. Blocks curriculum tennis: Technology blows - basic straight punch, hitting the bottom and top spin, filing, filing receipt, movement technique in singles, doubles players in the movement. Blocks curriculum badminton Technology strikes - hold missiles, filing, Klír, drop, shorts, lob, smash, receiving submission, examples of combinations - offensive and defensive positions tasks for self-study: history, attractions, rules, discipline, equipment, recommended literature, streaming video, the system of sports training, rules of games, stage technical and tactical training, organization of tournaments
