Course objectives
understand the basic areas and concepts of occupational therapy occupational therapy history models of practise specific and non specific occupational therapy activities of daily living (ADL) occupationl therapy tests assistive devices applying acquired knowledge to use occupational therapy in patients with various types of diagnoses
Syllabus
  • occupational therapy as a part of rehabilitation, shor term and long term occupational therapy plan basics of social and vocational rehabilitation, communication with the patient materials and technical conditions of occupational therapy quality of life and activities of daily living, personal assistance, assistive devices, architectural barriers assesment and testing in occupational therapy, ergodiagnostic occupational therapy in clinic disciplines occupational therapy in workshops occupational therapy in special pedagogical disciplines the use of parts of other therapies in occupational therapy
