At the end of the course students should be able to:
- characterise fitness group activities
- know correct execution of strenghten excercises on apparatus
- recommand strenghten excercises based on level of fitness of client

  • - strenghten excercises on aparatus in fitness centres
  • 2nd class
  • - choreographic class: aerobic
  • - list of exercises: abs muscles
  • 3rd class
  • - choreographic class: step aerobic

  • - conditional class: HIIT
  • - list of exercises: muscles of lower limbs and gluts
