Course objectives
Graduate of the course will be able to understand basic terminology (definition) and principles of physical aktivity/sport - health in this context; bude umět aplikovat informace a dovednosti do oblasti "volnočasových aktivit";
Syllabus
  • - Basic terminology: physical aktivity - sport - the role of sport psychology; - Basic terminology: health - illness - healthy life style (wellbeing); historical consequencies; - Sport psychology: ontogenetic aspect regarding healthy life style; periods of early childhood, early adolescent and senium will be stressed; - the role of family environment, leisure time institutions. ¨
