Course objectives
Bosu is a popular exercise system designed for comprehensive strengthening muscles around the body, strengthening tendons and ligaments. It is an ideal tool for healthy weight loss and toning the entire body, endurance training and increase overall fitness. All this without burdening the joints, hard impact and stress on the knees. Bosu is also a good option for those who can not handle complex aerobics steps and still want to sweat for clients with back pain or knee for clients and overweight. Using simple steps combination and diverse balance is very quickly get up to speed. Exercise - balancing on a Bosu, leads to perfect strengthen the deep stabilization system - CORE.
