Course objectives (in Czech)
Introducing current theory of self-defence and personal safety with practical examples in tactics. The course is aimed on awareness and personal self-protection in crisis situations.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Students will acquire professional knowledge on combative training and improving skills in the field of combatives and self-defence. Students will learn through self-analysis their strenghts and weaknesses in coping the struggle.
