Course objectives
Students assume the base list of exercises of Pilates method, Spiral stabilisation system, on suspension system and with flexibars. They will be able to use them with correct technique. After this course students are able to use obtained skills in prepration and formation of movements program.
Syllabus
  • 1. Pilates - history, principles, practical exercises 2. Pilates - warm up exercises 3. Pilates - exercises for beginners suitable to main part of the class 4. Spiral stabilisation - history, principles, practical exercises 5. Spiral stabilisation - 6 base exercises 6. Spiral stabilisation - 6 base exercises 7. Suspension system - history, principles, practical exercises 8. Suspension system - pushing and pulling exercises , "plank" exercises 9. Flexibar - history, principles, practical exercises 10. Hormonal yoga - history, theoretical aspects, the base of breathing technique 11. Hormonal yoga - base asanas (different starting positions) 12. Hormonal yoga - routine
