Course objectives
In the context of theory the course aims at providing students with knowledge about communication in a way that they: understand principles of communication, are able to set up rules for communication, are familiar with various approaches to communication and are able to diagnose the language of communication of client. In the context of practice the course aims at developing skills to communicate with clients, to provide feedback, to negotiate goal and to deal with problem when working with clients.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course, the student understand key concepts of communication and work with clients, is able to define and apply these concepts in the coach profession, is able to identify problem, asses the situation and propose adequate strategy for dealing with problems.
