Course objectives
Students will be acquainted with individual types of group and individual exercises in fitness centers, their characteristics and utilization for the needs of clients based on health restrictions and different levels of physical fitness (aerobic forms, fitness forms, forms of body and mind).
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to practice a fitness training program for performance and recreational athletes in practice, taking into account the specifics of individual sports disciplines, age specifics and specific needs of individuals. The student will be able to apply the knowledge of fitness skills to the training programs of seniors, common populations endangered by civilization diseases and people with specific needs.
