Course objectives
The aim of the subject is: - familiarizing the student with the characteristics of Pilates exercises
- to introduce the base list of Pilates exercises
- to introduce the characteristic of Spiral stabilization
- to introduce the base list of Spiral stabilization exercises
- to introduce the characteristic of Power Yoga (PY)
- to introduce the base list of Power yoga exercises
- to introduce the characteristic of Hormonal Yoga
- to introduce the base list of hormonal yoga techniques (asanas, bandy, mudras ...)
- to introduce the base of fascial training
all in terms of correct implementation, methodical and didactic program.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:
- apply the acquired skills in the preparation and implementation of an adequate interventional physical program.
- form a Pilates Exercise Unit for beginners, Power Yoga unit, Spiral Stabilization unit and Hormonal Yoga unit

  • 9. Power yoga - list of asanas
  • 10. Hormonal yoga - history, theoretical aspects, the base of breathing technique
  • 11. Hormonal yoga - base asanas (different starting positions)
  • 12. Hormonal yoga - routine
