- Course objectives
- The aim is to familiarize students with the methodological and didactic training procedures with equipment (TRX, flexibars, flowtonics, kettlebells, bulgarien bags, spiral stabilization ...)
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion the student is able:
- to create a list of exercises using aids and secondary tools (strenghting exercises, stretching exercises, coordination exercises, ....)
- to check the correct execution of the individual exercises
- to apply the exercises in practice. - Syllabus
