- Do you want to start yoga? Or are you a yoga fan and want to improve the "asanas"? This is the slow yoga exercise for you. Exercise with deep stabilization system, prevention of back pain, breathing sensation, concentration, relaxation ... The exercises include all kinds of "asana" positions (bow, preclone, bow and torso) - each task is different. Calming and relaxing, pumping energy, alleviating and preventing physical problems. Take the healing path to yourself!
