- Abstract
- The aim of the course Outdoor Activities in Conditioning Training is to familiarize students with the typical opportunities, specific characteristics, planning, and management of the training process in outdoor conditions. Another objective is to educate students in applying appropriate training means, methods, and forms within this environment.
- Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:

describe the effects of specific outdoor environments (for example, high-altitude environments) on the organism;

apply theoretical knowledge when planning the training process in outdoor settings;

design training plans for outdoor training that take into account age-related, performance-related, and other individual differences.

PRACTICAL SESSIONS:

Practical demonstrations of appropriate methods, forms, and training means used in outdoor conditioning (strength training, cycling, walking, running, etc.)

- Credit test contains 10 questions (70% success rate). Students have to elaborate training plan . (group work/ 1 plan).
