- Abstract
- The main objectives of the course are the following:
- to introduce the gymnastics warm-up
- to introduce the gymnastics physical preparation (balance preparation, strengthen preparation, support preparation, rotation preparation, ....) using the own body weight or using different props (fit balls, over balls, bosu, ropes, ....).
- to introduce the preparatory exercises for basic workouts on the gymnastics apparatus (mainly on the floor, vault, rings, bar, trampoline, rope...)
- to introduce the modifications of basic workouts
- to introduce the spotting to basic gymnastics workouts (especially on the floor) - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- conduct the gymnastic warm up
- make a list of preparatory exercises for basic workouts on the apparatus
- to demonstrate the basic gymnastic workouts and their modifications
- to spot basic gymnastics workouts - Key topics

- the content of the Gymnastics class depends on the level of gymnastics skills of the enrolled students
