Prerequisites (in Czech)

Předpokladem pro předmět je:
- znalost odborné terminologie gymnastických cvičení
- znalost fyziologických účinků základních gymnastických cviků, 

- schopnost předvedení gymnastických cviků (výmyk a podmět na hrazdě, stoj na rukou a kotoul vpřed, kotoul vzad, přemet stranou, rondát, skrčka nebo roznožka přes kozu nebo bednu) a tanců (polka, valčík).

Abstract
Systems of gymnastics and dance; estetics-koordinations sports; gymnastics and dance education at school.
Learning outcomes
The student should know the system of the division of gymnastic species and sports, their basic characteristics and methodical practice of training. The student should be able to practice and teach basic gymnastic and dance skills in accordance with the RVP.

Presentation Gymnastics species - rhythmic gymnastics, basic gymnastics, general gymnastics. Gymnastics Olympic sports - sport.gymnstics, rhytmic gymnastics, trampolines. Gymnastics sports - sport.aerobic, sport.rockenroll, fitness, teamgm. Updating gymnastic sports and species. Capturing new trends and applications in the pedagogical process. Themes of practical seminars Types of warm-ups, didactic procedures without tools, exercises with aids, music exercises, exercise on tools. Training to help with gymnastic tools. Methods of teaching dance.

Seminars - training in methodological procedures for teaching gymnastics and dance, training in assistance.
