Course objectives

Main Objectives:

  • Enhance motor skills and physical fitness – improve coordination, strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility.
  • Promote a positive attitude toward sports – view physical activity as a means of preventing conflicts, lifestyle-related diseases, and stress.
  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle – motivate students to engage in regular exercise and maintain overall well-being.

Specific Objectives:

  • Introduce the fundamentals and specifics of Kickboxing/K1 – understand the rules, techniques, and principles of this combat sport.
  • Master basic techniques and training methods – practice punches, kicks, defensive movements, and their combinations.
  • Develop structured movement sequences – apply techniques in choreographed exercises suitable for physical education.
  • Improve overall conditioning and endurance – utilize various training forms to enhance both aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to perform basic kickboxing techniques correctly and understand the rules of the sport. They will improve their fitness, coordination, endurance, and overall movement skills. They will learn simple movement routines and see the value of regular exercise for a healthy lifestyle and stress prevention. Finally, they will be able to use basic techniques for self-defense if needed.

Basic specific skills: Kickbox 1 - K1 

1/ Stretching

6/ Aerobic na anaerobic ways of training, drills under presure
