- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The students are divided into groups according to their abilities (beginners, intermediate, advanced)and helps master game activities.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able: - to be capable of using basic volleyball skills and abilities in accord with the valid game rules
- Syllabus
- Beginners: training of overhead pass, forearm pass, smashing, underhand service, overhand service Intermediate: mastering of basic volleyball skills (different kinds of passes, smashing, jump service, block)in more demanding game situations Advanced: mastering of all the game skills in complex game situations (for former volleyball players only)
