- Abstract
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course focuses on the classical dance (ballet) training. Beginners: Registered students do not need to have any experience with ballet, only the interest in learning something new is welcome. Advanced: Certain experience with ballet is expected.
- Classical dance places high demands on the musculoskeletal system. If you have experienced injuries in the past (such as to the ankle, knee, or back) and any related issues persist, please consider whether this type of physical activity is suitable for you.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completing the course, the student will be able to use basic ballet elements and exercises.

- - exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 4x possible absence /of which 2x with an apology in the IS and 2x without apology/-the substitution of more absence is not allowed
- If the seminar group is taught in SS 2026 on Friday, only 1 absence without apology and 1 absence with apology is possible due to public holidays.

- In the event that a class is canceled by the instructor (e.g., due to illness or organizational reasons), the class will be rescheduled in the 13th week of the semester.
