Course objectives
The course aims at the practical aspects of EU decision-making process. It focuses on the negotiations and bargains in the key EU institutions - the Commission, the Parliament, the EU Council. Apart from the theoretical dimensions, it analyses role of these institutions using specific legislative file and its "story".
Learning outcomes
After this course, students will be able to correctly analyze EU legislative process and the role of specific EU institutions involved.

Teaching methods
The course is taught as a combination of in-class lectures, online lectures and seminars.
Assessment methods
Four position papers (4x10 points), final written test (20 points). The students have to obtain at least 40 points to pass the course.
