Course objectives
The goal of the course is to introduce students to political science. Students will be introduced to key concepts of political science, history of political ideas, forms of political systems, debate about democracy, and politics in general.

Assessment methods
The course consists of a series of lectures, each dealing with a specific topic.
There are several requirements to fulfil, in order to finish the course: 1. Seminar essay 2. Final written test in the exam period The overall assessment represents the total point score from these two.
