Course objectives
The course is focused on the study of the fundamental paradigms in the EC/EU and the key issues of the development of the Community.
Syllabus
  • This course is based on the literature reviewing the concepts of development. Students prepare the structured text (20-30 pages) on one of the questions: 1. Enhanced cooperation (flexibility) as an alternative development concept of EU 2. Democratic deficit of the EU: models and basis of perception dem. deficit in the EU 3. Constitutional model and federalist concept of a future EU. The student chooses the most appropriate topic for his learning profile and in agreement with the teacher will study literature and draw text. Finally they discuss it in the working group.
Assessment methods
The object of evaluation is the text, which will be held at the debate.
