- At the end of learning period of the course, students should:
understand the main concepts and features of public administration;
be aware of the legal framework of public administration in the context of its development;
be aware of the role of public administration in making and carrying out political decision;
be able to analyze a concrete administrative procedure or act;

- Assessment methods
- Each student can obtain max. 30 points. The evaluation includes a midterm test (10 points) and a final exam (20 points). Appropriately managed group presentation of a paper is necessary condition for writing a final exam.
Grading criteria: 30 – 29 A, 28 – 26 B, 25 – 23 C, 22 – 20 D, 19 – 17 E, 16 and less F. - Language of instruction
