Abstract (in Czech)
Předmět se zabývá pozitivním i negativním dopadem rozvoje moderních technologií na bezpečnost. Na konci tohoto kurzu bude student schopen kriticky hodnotit jednotlivé aspekty technologií i jejich možný a pravděpodobný vliv na bezpečnost států a společnosti.

Výuka na hodinách se sestává z odborné přednášky, pro které následují týmové studentské prezentace hájící protichůdná stanoviska vztahující se k probíranému tématu.
Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements (in Czech)
Závěrečné hodnocení se skládá ze dvou studentských prezentací zadaných stanovisek (24 bodů), position paperů (21 bodů), seminární práce (30 bodů) a závěrečné zkoušky (25 bodů). A: 92-100, B: 84-91, C: 76-83, D: 68-75, E: 60-67, F: 59 a méně.
