- Course objectives
- The subject observes the quantitative and qualitative extent of the European integration. The students are introduced to the common, community and sector policies of the EU, their development, political influences and procedures in the EU. At the end of the course students will orientate themselves in the fundamental areas of the EU activities, understand their functioning, financing and comprehend their impact in the structure of the Communities.

- Presentations, lectures, regular reading, class discussion, videomaterials.
- Assessment methods
- The subject is finished with an exam. It's necessary to submit a team presentation, a subsequent discussion paper and pass the midterm and final test. Student may obtain a maximum of 80 points: 20 for a team work (presentation + discussion paper), 20 for the mid-term and 40 for the final test. The minimal limit for passing the course are 52 points.
