Course objectives
Introduction to student journalistic, documentary and other projects.
Acquainting students with the current digital imaging devices and their applications.
Acquisition of basic professional procedures.
Analysis of samples of audiovisual works.
Teach students the technical and methodological basics for their own production.

  • 1. Basics of audio-visual means of expression
  • 2. Center of film and television messages
  • 3. Journalism and document, possibilities of processing
  • 4. Choice of technology, TV production process, postproduction, TV tricks
  • 5. Setting of assignments
  • 6. Analysis of source material
  • 7. Basic tools for sound processing
  • 8. Sound Recording - exterior, interior
  • 9. Channel mixing, synchronization with video
  • 10. Export - outputs (web, radio, film, CD, DVD, etc.)
  • 11. Complete implementation of practical AV exercises
  • 12. Discussion and evaluation
