- Abstract
- The aim of the course is to select a topic for a bachelor's thesis, which will then be supervised by a specific teacher. At the end of the semester, students will have a completed project assignment, which will be approved by the thesis supervisor and program guarantor in accordance with the relevant faculty regulations. The aim is to familiarize students with the initial work on the topic, such as determining the title, defining the objective of the thesis, stating research questions or working hypotheses, and considering appropriate methods of text processing.
- Learning outcomes
- By completing this course, students will gain an understanding of the process of selecting a bachelor's thesis (theoretical study or rather theoretical-practical). Furthermore, they will be able to prepare a basic project serving as a formal assignment for the thesis. They will be able to propose a title for the thesis, formulate its basic objective, research questions or, depending on the type of thesis, working hypotheses. Based on the definition of the objective, they will also be able to propose a working structure for the thesis. This should prepare them for work in the following semesters.
