Course objectives
The aim of the course is to analyze and critically evaluate the decision-making practice, especially of administrative courts in areas related to the focus of the dissertation. Within the framework of knowledge from area studies, student also follows the case-law of the given state and, within the framework of international cooperation, informs foreign partners about important case-law.
Learning outcomes
Student is able to:
- work with the case-law;
- use appropriate court decisions for the purpose of his / her dissertation and publications;
- use cooperation to exchange information on the decision-making practice of courts in the areas of financial law.

  • - presentation of findings from judicial practice.
