Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with a deeper insight into the issues of Law and Humanities. It is a multidisciplinary field which has been gaining in importance and popularity in the context of legal science since the 1960s. It offers a broader perspective on thinking about law and gives law methodological tools where classical legal methods are insufficient. In particular, we will focus on the relationship between law and literature, film, theater and fine arts. The course is part of a set of legal-theoretical subjects at the faculty, especially related to Law and Art, Law and Speech, Critical Legal Theory and Legal Ethics.
