Course objectives
The course in International Trade Law consists of three independent modules. The first module focuses on the circumstances and their description under which the business transactions are promoted, especially on the international circumstances. The second module deals with the domestic situation for developing foreign trade and the third, the essential one, examines the issues of legal regulation of international business transactions.
Syllabus
  • Basic problems of International Economic Law. Czech foreign trade law. International economic transactions. International contract of sale of goods according Vienna convention. Lex mercatoria, sources of lex mercatoria, lex mercatoria in the procedure before international arbitrators. International leasing contract - according Ottawa convention. International factoring contract.
