Course objectives
The first semestr of the P.h.D study is dedicated towards introduction of the problems of the system position of the Criminal Procedure on the national level and on the european level. From point of viev of national they are the conections with Criminal Law and Constitutional Law, first af all, from point of viev of european level they are the conections to the legal projects from the Council of Europe and European Union, concerning of the criminal-procedure problems.
