- This course deals with the selected problems of constitutional law of Baltic states and Poland from the comparative view.
Main objectives can be summarized as follows
to learn principles of constitutional law in Baltic states and Poland
to understand constitutional systems of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland
to be able to explain the principle of separation of powers
