Student má na výběr. Zadanou studii může zpracovat jako seminární práci, nebo ji uplatnit jako písemný výstup na konferenci či jako článek v časopise. Povinně píší studii studenti kombinovaného studia. Studenti interního studia, pokud pravidelně připravují vystoupení pro diskusi, seminární práci nepíší. Témata: - kolizní v hmotněprávní unifikace - autonomie vůle stran v kolizním právu - náhradní hraniční určovatel dle č. 4 Řím I - základní struktura hraničních určovatelů dle Řím II - očekávání či zklamání - další téma dle návrh a konzultace s vyučující
