Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to solve - at the basic level - actual human rights cases; the student will understand the procedural and material aspects of human rights protection at both international and domestic level; the student will be able to write reasoned analysis of a human rights issue as well as a petition to the court;

The students write a constitutional complaint. The ability to identify problems, to find plausible arguments and to work with the sources is evaluated. Open book.
