- At the end of the course student should be able to understand the consular service function and to learn basic principles of the diplomatic protocol.
- Syllabus
- Legal regulation of the consular service. The system of consular functions. Consular service subjects. Competentions of consular authorities. Honorary consul. Diplomatic protocol.
