Course objectives
The aim of the course Civil law I is, on the level corresponding with this program, to give to the students the knowledge of the basic characteristics of civil law, incl. its position in the system of legal order and its internal system, the knowledge of principles, rules and issues of civil law and its most general institutes in the frame of juridical facts.
Syllabus
  • 1. The basic concept of civil law. 2. The position of the civil law in the whole system of legal order. 3. The internal system of civil law. 4. The principles of civil law. 5. The rules and sources of civil law. 6. Theory and practice of juridical facts. 7. Theory and practice of juridical individual acts. 8. Theory and practice of contract law. 9. The notion of the time in civil law.
