Course objectives
The course extends the student's knowledge in the field of public administration and its legal regulation. Student gets information in the area of public finances management and the public supervision of financial activities. The problem areas such as the definition of financial management issues, systems, methods, functions, goals of financial administration, evolution of financial management system, European trends in the models of functioning of financial management and, finally, international cooperation are discussed.
